Chef Heiko and our Wedding Coordinator have created an upscale Weekday Wedding concept guaranteed to WOW your guests.

We have taken into consideration that your guests will be returning to work the next day, so your agenda needs to be respectful of running late into the night. We understand that most of your guests will be arriving directly from work, so we have taken steps to accommodate their transition.

Chef Heiko has designed and will create one of these four wonderful cocktail menu selections for your special evening - Casually Yours, Uniquely Manitoban, Asian Inspired, Formally Exclusive. Or if you wish, Chef Heiko would be pleased to cater this cocktail reception at an alternate location for a small additional fee.

     Sample Weekday Wedding Celebration Schedule:

        6:00pm Bride and Groom arrive together in our Hummer limousine
        6:00pm to 7:00pm Photographic moments in the gardens or around the grounds
        6:30pm Guests’ arrival
        Cocktail greeting with couple’s signature beverage(s) Service of light hors D’ouerves

        7:00 to 7:15pm Ceremony
        7:30 to 8:30pm Food stations open and pass-around service begins for Cocktail Reception
